1. Online Booking Policy

1.1. Booking Process

Bookings can be made online by clicking the "Book Now" buttons on our website, redirecting you to the appropriate booking page.

1.2. Advance Booking

Guests may pre-book simulator bays and time slots online up to one month in advance.

1.3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be completed via the online booking system at least 24 hours prior to the booked time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any booking fees paid.

1.4. Credits for Cancellations

For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, a full credit will be applied to your account for future use. Refunds are not available under this policy.

1.5. No-Shows

Guests who fail to check in for their booking without cancelling in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged the full booking rate. A "no-show" is defined as any booking not checked in by the South Wales Simulator Academy @llanygolf team.

1.6. Right to Revoke

Management reserves the right to revoke bookings or refuse entry at their discretion.

2. Rules and Conditions for Use of South Wales Simulator Academy @llanygolf

2.1. Dress Code and Conduct

All guests are required to adhere to the dress code and conduct policies established by the venue.

2.2. Children and Pets

2.2.1. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16 at all times.

2.2.2. While our bar and restaurant welcome dogs, pets are prohibited from entering the simulator room.

2.3. Booking Duration

Your booking is for the duration specified at the time of booking. The South Wales Simulator Academy @llanygolf team will assist in directing you to your designated bay and confirming your time slot upon arrival.

2.4. Safety Precautions

Guests must take extra care when using the facilities to ensure safety. The following safety guidelines apply:

Practice swings must be taken only within the bay and on the designated golf mat.

A maximum of four persons is permitted in a bay at any time, with only one individual swinging at a time.

Guests should be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, and screens within the bay.


2.4.5. The seating booths are reserved exclusively for customer use. Only food and beverages purchased at the venue may be consumed in the booths.

2.5. Prohibited Actions

Removing golf balls or golf clubs from the premises is strictly prohibited. Any individual caught doing so will face prosecution, and all associated credits will be revoked.

2.6. Golf Club Hire

All hired golf clubs must be returned to the golf reception. Management reserves the right to charge for any lost or damaged equipment.

2.7. Liability for Damages

Guests will be held accountable for any reckless damage caused to the premises or equipment.

2.8. Facility Governance

Management reserves the right to manage and regulate the use of all golf facilities as deemed necessary.

3. Liability

3.1. Accidents or Injuries

South Wales Simulator Academy @llanygolf accepts no liability for accidents or injuries resulting from negligence by guests

3.2. Loss or Damage to Property

South Wales Simulator Academy @llanygolf is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to guests. This includes, but is not limited to, all areas such as the car park, bar, restaurant, simulator room, and surrounding facilities.
